20410 REPAIRED EXHAUST C/S exhaust seems loud at idle. Verified concern, upon inspection, found signs of exhaust leak at muffler flange. Replaced muffler flange gasket (ref. doc 4051530), and installed new fasteners. Reinstalled muffler to pipe and verified repair upon startup and idle.

COMMENTS:
20410 Found washer hose extension to be cracked up under dashboard C/S washer fluid leaking on inside when turning on rear washer. Verified concern. Found washer hose extension to be cracked up under dashboard, unable to be repaired. In order to access and remove damaged washer hose, removed coolant reservoir (ref. doc 6464699). Removed firewall harness pass-thru grommet (ref. doc 6617188, D-12 on grid). Removed A-pillar trim (ref. doc 6466470). Removed Lighting control module bracket (ref. doc 6487317). Exposed/opened up harness to remove old washer hose, and removed retainers from body. Fit new hose into position on harness and fit into place on body. Installed retainers to proper locations and connected hose at washer pump hose and at A-pillar hose connection to headliner hose. Re-installed trim paneling, firewall grommet, and coolant reservoir. Re-secured harness into retainers and secured hose to harness where previously attached. Topped off washer fluid, and verified repair. Rear washer works as designed, no leaks into cabin.
